With over 21 years fitness experience, my training philosophy is that there is no one definitive approach. Everybody & every body is different, so it's about what works for you. Ultimately, training should not be about just going through the motions, but rather a motivating experience, working towards a defined outcome. 

I've always believed in educating my clients to be self sufficient, with a little tongue & cheek humour to boot.

 

Helping you achieve your goals is about defining them and then using as many relevant metrics as possible to ensure steady progression.

 

Never settle for just spinning the wheels. To achieve goals in the most time efficient manner, we need to control as many variables as possible.

I will be working with you every step of the way, to support you through all components of lifestyle, nutrition & of course training.

 

To help you understand where you’re at, you’ll receive bi-weekly reports on your progress covering your body composition & training results. All of this within an easy-to-use PT platform.
